Jerry Slavens has spent his life in the civil and building construction industry starting in 1973. As a young man in the late 1970’s he ran the earthwork portion of his father’s construction business.
The experience and exposure he gained during these early years opened doors that would catapult him to work for and manage divisions of some of our nation’s largest and most noteworthy construction companies. Estimating and managing highly visible projects in the scopes of earthmoving, underground utilities, concrete and/or asphalt paving, while building; bridges, freeways, dams; also developing shopping centers and school sites, as well as small, medium and large residential subdivisions.
